Cannot Reset Password
I have tried to reset the password on the receptionist phone. When I enter the extension, the system displays invalid mailbox. When I try to retrieve messages, the display reads, mailbox locked.

Feature 983 ... password 12000 or 1020000 generally. Hit mail box. enter mailbox #, reset password.
