Cannot send video by email (flip share)
After I have downloaded the flip software, I try to send a minute video by email. when I try to do this, the flipshare starts the procedure but stops. I get an error message instead. I have a dial up internet connection. could this be the problem?

When I upload my videos I can't play the video when I click on the play button. My daughter can watch the video on her Mac. Is the problem my PC and if so how do I fix it?
