Cannot use my email address
A guest in my home signed onto e.b., of course using my e-m address.Now I cannot use e.b. as they will not accept my name with my mail address. Tried to make a girl understand this but she was hopeless. Can we delete the other name and have mine? the other persons has given me their user i.d. and the password so that I can hopefully correct this. Thanks

just go into my eaby and then messages and then at the middle of the page on the left side it says close account and tehn ago about from there
