Canon pixma ip4600 reporting offline only in publisher
My canon pixma ip4600 workls fine when printing from word 2002 but from publisher 2002 it reports as offline.
To test this i:
printed from word - worked
printed from publisher - reported offline
printed from word - worked
i didn't touch any buttons inbetween the 3 print operations
