Can't access configuration setup
Hi...I just bought ZyXel P320W and I've connect all the cables correctly from modem to the router but I can't access the web configurator because each time I type "http://192.168.1.1" in the URL is says "Failed to connect"...so can anyone here please help me? thanks in advance

Hi there,
There was a small reset switch on your router, press the reset button for 5 second to reset the setting into default factory settings. Like in your case it is possible that the router need to reset for the first time.

Did you use a wireless/wired connections?
Try to power off both modem and the router, restart the computer.

i have restarted all the equipments but all in vain
