Can't access my gmail account because I've forgotten the ****** password and I can't answer any of their questions about my gamil account without being able to access it. A completely frustrating 3 d
I phoned google australia and they wouldn't help, I've submitted about 25 attempts to access it and every time they say it's not good enough and i'm sooooooooo mad now.

If you can't get Gmail to help you, the only way you have, is to setup a new mail account. If you did setup the account like it should be, they also can send you a mail to the mail account you entered when you did setup the account.
And if your account is hacked, because someone who knew you, could easy guess the answers to your secret questions, you never get back the account.
Next time you setup any account, please fill in and use all security measures they offer you. Use a difficult to guess, but for you easy to remember password. use a secure return mail address, where they can send your recover mail. Make a note about how you did setup the account, including what return address or phone number you gave the provider.
