Can't browse my bank web site using Trendnet TEW-432BRP router
I have difficulty loading my bank's web site (www.bbt.com) with my computer hardwired to the router. When I disconnect the router and connect the computer directly to the cable modem, I have no connection problems. When using XP SP3 and IE or FireFox, I have intermittent problems and frequent very long load times only when using the router.
When I use Linux live cd's (Puppy, Slax, Knoppix, Kanotix), the above web site will NOT load at all with the computer connected to the router (wire connection). When I bypass the router and connect directly to the modem, all browsers on all of the above Linux distributions work just fine.
I think it is obvious that the problem is the router. I just don't know what it is.
I changed the MTU value to various settings with no improvement. The default value is 1500.
Router is D1 model with latest firmware.

When you are hardwired to the router you should disable the wireless internet access and enable the local area network. You should do the opposite when you are trying to connect to your router wireless.
