Cant call i cant make an outgoing call when in 3G mode but it can easily call when in 2G mode.I can easily received incoming and outgoing text..I can easily received a call..the problem is i can't make an outgoing call

These devices are made to work in both modes you may have to reset, remove the battery while the cell is on and count to 30, then replace battery and power back on this should work! If it does'nt call your provider and check Sim card.
