Can't check for updates for Anti Virus with Spy Sweeper - get DNS error - cannot locate server, and error code disp0201. I also re-directed to another web page when I try to update definitions or look for updates for Webroot. I recently uninstalled Norton 360 and installed the Webroot Anti-virus software with Spy Sweeper

I would suspect your computer has a virus or has spyware or malware that is causing this. Restart your computer in Safe Mode and run Webroot and your other security software.
