Cant defrag because it says it cant because disk cleanup is scheduled on next restart I did not schedule one but when you restart it says cleanup has been cancelled...help

Simply download a PCFresher and defrag your OS by using its Deframenter feature with one click. Its a very reliable program am using it since 2011.
