For some reason when i hook my flip digital camcord ultra to my computer to down load the movies, i have a flag tha say "There is a problem with windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personal or package vendor." So i click ok and then another flag says "It seens that you have an incomplete or corrupt installation. Please use add/remove programs to uninstall previous version. It is not in my add/remove programs , it is in the camcorder. I have tryed to open it with everything that i have in my computer but nothing works.
