I have the same problem. Bought this wine cooler for Christmas from Best Buy. It died in August. I have contacted the company and been authorized to mail them the cord, original receipt and other information and get a full refund. Not sure that includes taxes or the cost of mailing back the cord, but I would rather fix it if I can. I see no shrink wrap when I look inside the back panel. I see the red and green lit pieces, when it is plugged in. Where is the fuse that needs to be replaced, and how hard is it to do. I have fixed our dryer, microwave and other household appliances, though I haven't soldered anything yet. Please help me locate the fuse. Is it on the white plastic panel full of electrical looking stuff? Where is it in relation to those red and green lit items? I guess whoever built this thing blew it for them to offer full refund with no hesitation!
