CAN'T GET ALPHABET LETTER TO APPEAR FOR STATION ID
After I enter the fax number following steps on page 30 and press "SET" and go to enter the station name all I get are numbers instead of alphabet letters. How do I get alphabet letter to show up?

Letters are on the soft pad to the left of the number keys. Very tiny, so look close. You can also lift up the mylar sheet and remove the paper sheet.
