I have the same problem..firmware needs an update...burned cd-r.....waited the five minutes...players says "not a firmware disc." Called Element support 3 weeks ago, still haven't got the disk...I've called back the last 5 days and no one answers, you have to leave a message...and no one calls back.. What should I do?
