Can't get Icon to show up on my computer
My RCA 4304 mp3 player is flashing "profiling requires 20mb free space , shutting down! I know I need to delete some files. I've tried to connect to my computer, but the icon does not show up (not recognizing the device) on my computer screen. I have a Mac. I tried it on my son's Mac and no luck. He took it to a friend's house and they could see the icon, but could not access anything on it. We've tried several connection cords, but it makes no difference. Please help. Thanks!
