Report "Can't get into message or picture menus. Please help. I had the phone 'unlocked' while I was in Ecuador so that I could use it with the carrier down there during my visit. Afterwards my phone would no longer send or receive text messages. When I try to enter the message menu, it comes up 'please wait' but never does anything. When I hit 'end' it resets, the screen goes white, then blue, reads 'no service' for a couple seconds and then back to main screen. Is there anything I can do?"
