Remove the spark plug, and lay it on the engine head with the wire attached. Pull it through several times with the ignition on--it should make blue and snappy sparks. If ok, pour a small amount of mixed fuel into the plug hole, replace the plug, and attempt start. You should get several pops. If ok, does the primer bulb fill with fuel when pumped several times. If nothing, check the condition of the fuel lines, then check the fuel filter in the tank for plugging. If the saw is still under warranty, don't dig further into the problem. You are liable only for the starting procedures listed in the manual, then the rest is up to the warranty servicer. Hope this helps!
