I recently bought a sony vaio vgn-fw370j. at the recommendation of a techy friend, i installed panda IS 09. we also just bought a kodak esp 7 wifi printer. we have 3 computers in our apartment so it seemed the best bet for us.

the printer software loaded on one laptop. but not on my new laptop. i keep trying and every time i do it, my entire computer shuts down "to protect it". then it asks me if i want to restart in safe mode. i'm sure it has something to do with the panda. the laptop that took the software successfully is also a vaio but is running a proprietary antivirus that our local computer repair shop installed and NOT the panda.

any ideas?
