Hello, Someone at my sons' nursery put my bugaboo up the other day and said they had trouble doing so. When I got my bugaboo home, I couldn't get the seat off to collapse it. One of the square connectors isnt releasing the seat. So now I can't collapse my pram or change the seat around or anything. Can you help me? What has happened to my bugaboo?
