I bought this from TWC's approved modem list, cannot get it to connect at all. I tried reset after reset 5 or 6 times now, still nothing....... I tried contecting with a router(netgearWNDR3400v3), and directly to my pc..... Any information on this would be greatly appreciated...... TWC told me to return it to best buy, and to get the same modem again, said it would work.... I did that that no, go... Am I better off with another modem or what? The other thing on the box it says this is supposed to have a stand by mode,,, and it doesn't......
