Cant get to install window after format.... keep on boot my cd without asking me to press any key... how to install window?

Hi, in order for you to boot to your cd, you have to keep on tapping F12 after you restart it, you'll get on to the boot menu, once your on the boot menu choose ODD CD or DVD and then keep on pressin enter until it boots from the cd. hope this helps goodluck!!!
