I order a new USB cord and when i connect both ends it brings up a window saying, "Pick hardware to install or Insert CD"....But i do not have a CD and when i got the phone in its package, there wasnt any CD either!
So, i choose "pick hardware " and it takes me to the next page and it wont let me continue on beacuse it cant find it oon my computer or drive!

IAM VERY CONFUSED, PLEASE HELP!!!
