CAn't install the Metrologic 5500 scanner onto PC running Windows XP. PC doesn't recognize the hardware. Works fine on Windows 7. Tried downloading the driver from Intuit. tried using every USB port. Nothing seems to make the PC recognize the hardware. Intuit tTch Support unable to advise. Different answers each time I call. Any ideas?
