I'm trying to open the FoodSaver appliance so that I can empty the tray that captures liquids. The user is supposed to press two green buttons on either side of the device while rotating the device backwards to do this. When I press the two buttons and try to rotate the device, the button on the left side releases and reveals a green "tooth" that was holding that side in place. But the button on the left side doesn't do anything; I am unable to release the left side. It's like it's jammed. How do I fix this? Please help!!!
