When I click on Outlook 2003 Icon I get a message'preparing to install' This happens with 'Word' too but it does load. I get 'Installation Error: File not Found' and 'A required installation file SKU111.CAB could not be found. Although I have the CD that came with the Computer, I don't want to overwrite anything but need to know how to get SKU111.CAB in hope I can access my folders, emails & contacts in Outlook 2003. I have XP and believe I have the up-to-date Service Pack 3. I'd be grateful for advice/help you can give me as this is devastating. In Add/Remove Programs I see that Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager is there 231 MB but states it has rarely been used and was last used on 29/5/2010!!! I have temporarily installed outlook Express which was also available on computer but I really want to use Outlook with all my information there.
