First make sure that you are in a 28-30 inch vacuum. then if you are your oil inject solenoid is clogged up. when you take the covers off there is a small block with 5 solenoids in the back of the machine ( not the big 2 layer block) the solenoid sticking out form the other 4 is the oil inject try taking it apart and cleaning it. Also if inspect the rubber on the plunger on the solenoid if it is sticking past the metal it is swollen and the solenoid should be replaced.
