I have a problem where I lose the reading for depth at high speed on my LMS-337. I have checked the position of the externally mounted transducer and it is set perfectly (like the manual recommends). Somebody suggested a solution that the transducer would move and that would cause it to fail. Do they mean move permanently out of position or do they mean vibrate while running at high speed? Mine stays pretty much put in the same position.
