I had a minor flood in my basement which got to a phone jack near the floor. Wasn't able to call out without a lot of static initially but that has rectified however I still cannot receive incoming calls. When the line connects there is quite a bit of static. It rings once and then nothing until the call is dropped approximately 11 seconds later. I was hoping when everything dried it would be ok? Can anyone offer some advice? I have a feeling this will be a costly venture.
