Cant record from V+ box
I find the sound when i record is very low and i cant record from the recorded programmes on my V+ box without watching the film is this right or does the problem lie with the V+ box help

We just got our V+ box and the engineer noted the problem - he suggested we 'synchronise' (or something) the TV remote and the V+ remote.
Read the help to find out how to do this (something to do with volume plus and mute, then the code for ur tv).
I had to put in about 10 codes (there were about 40!) before i got the right one, but now the sound is spot on (and I love HD BBC - want to range around in the on demand stuff now to see what they got!)
