Hi Francois, I found a boutique in Montreal that was able to send it to their technicien who did a perfect job fixing it. Le Carrousel du Parc on avenue du Parc. Not sure where you live but hopefully that helps. Good luck!Hi Francois, I found a boutique in Montreal that was able to send it to their technicien who did a perfect job fixing it. Just a thought when you push the lever up to release the wheel, push in on the wheel then pull the wheel out while still holding the lever up.
From looking at video it show how it operate. I see the wheel covers the screws. It also shows a spring and latch piece. A flat head screw driver might be able to pry the wheel off. It might break the piece which holds the wheel post in place. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTYJY8jE...Just a thought when you push the lever up to release the wheel, push in on the wheel then pull the wheel out while still holding the lever up.
