Cant reply to emails on blackberry z10
Something changed on my Blackberry and now I cant reply to emails. When I open an email and hit reply, it does open a new email. However, it doesn't show the old email below and it won't let me type anything new in the space. The keyboard won't pop up. It does if I hit in the To: CC: or Subject spaces. But not in the space below. Cant seem to find any settings that changed or would impact.

If you haven't already, be sure to restart your phone. Also check your internal memory to make sure you haven't filled it up. If it is full, change your sync settings - they may be set to 30 days. If none of that works you may have to connect your phone to a computer, do a complete backup and reinstall of the operating software.
