Can't save pictures received via text
2 problems:
1) When I get a picture text, I can't save the picture to my phone or my external memory card. It says "saved" but it actually doesn't do a dang thing.
2) If I get lucky, I can only use SOME pictures received via text for my wallpaper, too.
Any ideas?

Did you try restarting your phone or doing a battery pull? How old is your external card? What type of card? is it full? You may need to reformat the card.

You may want to reinstall the device software from either dell's webiste, or perhaps a disk you got with the purchase of the phone.
