I downloaded all of the software and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. When I plug the camera in, I hear the sound that it recognizes a new device and it also makes the sound when I unplug it. It also gave me the "New Hardware has been Successfully Installed" bubble. The problem is that when I go to My Computer......NOTHING IS THERE! I have Vista and my computer meets all of the requirements. Can anyone help me or give me any suggestions?
