Can't see the drive
My boss handed me the ultra 2.0 as an external drive to use with my laptop. I let the drivers load automatically. it shows the safely remove hardware in the system tray. when I go to my computer i do not see it in the list so that I may open it up to save items on it.

2 possibilities.
1. How is the drive powered? If you are relying the the USB tpo power it it its very likely the Laptom does not have the power to run it. So it will need an external pwer supply.
It could also need formatting to match your computer which is mostl like ly NTFS- but it should be formatted to 32bit to be universal.
To format Go the Contol Panel /Ad/min tools /Computer Management/Storage/Disk management - and see if thedrive is listed there.
