Just with this EA game? or with other EA and non-EA games? if you just experience this with one specific game, try doing these: 1.) Try using another GamerTag. If you only experiencing this with one GamerTag, delete your Gamer Profile (make sure you delete, "Profile Only"), Recover GamerTag and after recovering it, Clear System Cache. To do so, go to your Memory menu, scroll to your Hard Drive (just highlight it, don't select it) then choose Device Options (press Y-Button). Restart your console. Play the game. Now, if you encounter this with another account or GamerTag, do # 2. 2.) Check your Hard Drive for any corrupted files. A corrupted file is indicated by a Yellow Triangle w/ an Exclamation Point in it. Make sure you check all the folders in your Hard Drive for that. Delete all corrupted files. If it is a Downloadable Content, you can redownload that content under Download History in your Account Management menu. After deleting the corrupted file/s, Clear System Cache, irregardless if you found any or no corrupted files. 3.) Check your NAT Type, if you are using a router. Your NAT Type should be Open. If you have Modern Warfare 2, try to do a online match, and it will say to you what NAT Type do you have. If you are going to have Moderate or Strict for your NAT Type, you need to open the gaming ports on your router.
