Can't turn on the player and the blue light is stuck
Some say that the lock button is engaged. but on my manual there is no instruction to disengage the lock button. can you tell me how?

Look at the hold button. if the hold button is on the left, then you have to pull on the right. this disangagr the hold button. Good lock
