Can't upload pics to my computer
I plug my digital camera up to my computer and when I turn the camera on it says "communication error." I am trying to upload my pics to my computer but it just keeps saying that.

Try it in a dfferent USB port. The port your are using might be bad.

You need to go to My Computer. Its on your desktop or you can get to it from the start button. Thats where you need to go.
And yes, If you cant get to it though My Computer, you may need software or a driver to get to your camera.
I'm glad you got your problem worked out. Have fun with your camera Latasha. You may want to buy another USB cable, or maybe a hub. That would help you out alot. Come back if you have anymore problems.
