Can't use personal cover page
Having created a personal cover page using Cover Page Designer, I can find no way to use it when sending a fax. The Send Fax Wizard offers a choice of 5 cover pages, none of which is the one I created.

Go to the Cover Pages.
Select your cover page.
Right-click, select "Set as default"
