When adding a number to my phone book on my Motorola TracFone I am having a hard time capitalizing and uncapitalizing letters when adding the name. I also do not understand the "itap English, Tap English, etc..This is actually my 7 yr. old son's phone and I'm trying to put the home number in it for him.
