Car battery flat , now immobiliser on constant
Battery was flat didn't start . So charged battery now engine won't start just turn over.? Almost like the immobiliser is on.

First disconnect the negative post on the battery and reconnect it. This might reset the main board. If not make sure your getting petro to the carburetor by removing the fuel line while someone turns over the car. If your not getting fuel its your petro pump. it also could be the inertia switch, but check this last. You'll need to check your repair manual to locate it.
