Car cuts off refuses to start, already checked fuel line and injectors all is fine, no spark on plugs, no spark coming to coil pack, what could cause this problem PLEASE HELP

I don't know your model, but most late model autos have a "crank position sensor" that can fail and cause this...no spark...Hope this helps.
