Car died out, I jumped and drove it home, while jumping it I noticed what appeared to be Coolant
The car tried to die all the way home, It seemed to go better when I flicked the high beam lever. When I got home it died out and dash lights were flickering, I disconnected the battery and it has sat a few days.

Sounds like a charging problem, check your alternator output, as for the coolant leak, was it getting to hot? if so you could have a slipping belt which would cause a low charge rate and not run the waterpump enough to cool
