Car doesnt want to start after starting few minutes ago
My car is a 2008 XJ8 Jaguar Vandenplas. Engine will not start and error condition TRAC NOT AVAILABLE , CRUISE NOT AVAILABLE is flashing on screen.This happened yesterday after i've been starting the car 2times a day for 30minutes each time since im at work and its cold here in montreal.the car started a bit later that day and worked fine but after shut down (feels like the fuel doesnt go thru properley) thats mynimpression specially a month ago jaguar dealer change all 8 spark plugs and did oil change too and supposely change my air filter.(is possible itsmy gas filter i should change or gas pump ?) PS: Start is cranking and the car is caughing like it want to start but doesnt but when i put my foot on the accelarator pedal it feels it want to start and just die.And yes, there more then half a tank in my car. i am scare to flood my engine , so whatbi should do because im sure its a stupidity.

Right discoinnect the battery then leave for half hour ,join the battery leads together with a bit of electrical wire ,then try again ,i have found that these later cars suffer from interference caused by a mobile phone lleft in the centre consul ,why i have no idea but it be something by the wiring being or having a bus line where a communial signal is sent down a wire to recievers on each unit which are activated by the frequency modulated signal ,If you can understand this jargon ,i have a earlier 94 XJ6 4litre and never have a problem but then its my sunday car as the price of petrol here in spain is not cheap
Jaguars dont like to be run for just a bit, you may have blocked up the egr or the fuel relay. you would need to have the ecu read. you can even wear out the came quicker than normal it dont take much to knock out the timing..
