Car engine dies when I take my foot off the gas
Just purchased a 1984 lincoln continental. The vehicle has 47'000 miles on it. It has set idle for 3 years. On the road the engine runs very good, however when I take my foot off the gas the engine dies. What do I check?

There are probably varnish deposits in your carb. Go to the auto parts place and see whaat the guy at the counter recommends.
