Car has a funny shake and when accelerating under 20mph it accelerates itself and the needle moves up n down very quickly. Mechanic said it had a problem in injector number 4

You can pick up a bottle of fuel injection cleaner at almost any auto store or gas station.
Follow the directions on the bottle completely and see if it changes any.
You can take your car to get new injectors (60-80) or have them flushed and cleaned for under 40$
