Car seat. We have no problems getting the car seat to hook into the stroller or base (installed in car). However, we have had difficulty getting the car seat detached from the base (in the car). I press all of the buttons and latches that I see, but it won't completely disconnect. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the manual also?!?! I cannot get the carseat base to fit into my car. It keeps sliding back and forth. :(
I have had the problem also. You have to press the release nob all the way through and hold it while picking up the car seat.
It's easy if you pull the release handle and lift the front end first (as if your leaning baby back rather than forward) as to not allow the infants head to fall forward which causes airway restrictions.
