Car shut off and wont fully start
I was driving and i started to stopped at a light and then thee car just turned off , i start it and it turns over but wont fully start up battery is good and alternater , every time i start it i smell gas and theres no spark when turning over

Sounds like you have some bad coil packs, something is not allowing spark, what kind of ignition sys do you have?
Distributer or coils?
either way you have to have spark, if its a dist, pull the cap and see what kind of shape it is in, no corrosion, water, oil or anything should be there, if it looks good, have someone turn the motor over to make sure the rotor is spinning, if not, your cam is not driving it, so thats a broken shaft or timing chain
coil packs, start testing the pack for power, if no power keep going back withe the wires to the relays, sometimes they get hot and have a intermitten problem at first then they just go bad, they are in teh fuse box and should be labled
