Car turns over, but won't start
I have a 1990 Lincoln Town Car that won't start. It was running fine then I got somewhere and it wouldn't start. I looked up under the hood and there's a black cord that runs from the engine to where I pour in the oil. That wire is cut in half. What is that and how can I fix it. Thanks so Much. Darrel

Just strip about 1'2 inch insulation from each end of the break and tightly twist tham back together....clean the wire first, wrap the fixed wire generously with electrical tape...hope this does the trick
