First check if the battery has got good amount of charge and is properly hooked up(snug tight) by blowing the horn and switching on the headlight together. If there is enough charge then check if you are getting sparks at the cable end connected to the plugs. If it sparks properly clean out all the plugs and adjust the spark gap. If current is not reaching the cable then check the induction coil and the related fuses. Finally if all the above fail, open the distributor cap to see whether the spindle attached to the cam is providing proper contact to trigger the charge from the coil to the plug. Clean those contact points & if worn out, replace them. After that your vehicle if still does not respond, try jump starting it with the help of a battery of another running vehicle.............sodeep
