Car will not start security light is on it seems anti theft mode is in effect. battery is good, starter is good, keys are good, fuses and relays are good. what can i do to fix this problem. thank you

The TDM in the security system (VATS/PassKey) is having problems, it's typical on those cars. You can find a great write-up here: http://newrockies.ca , it was the only thing that saved my Park Avenue.
